Luofu has been providing customers with high-quality and reliable pressure relief valves for more than 40 years. The former name of the company was Zhejiang Luofu Boiler Accessories Factory, and under the approval of China's State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the company name was changed to Luofu Valve Group Co., Ltd in June 2005. We have a registered capital of 66 million Yuan, and currently employ 205 employees for safety valve production, which include 23 technical staff, engineers and senior engineers.
Founded in 1984, Luofu is headquartered in Wenzhou, China, with two manufacturing bases, located in Dongou Industrial Park and Qiaoxia Industrial Park. The Dongou manufacturing and engineering base covers an area of 13,000 square meters, with a construction area of 14,700 square meters. There are 111 sets of machining equipment (including 3 CNC machines), and 25 sets of testing equipment (including factory inspection test benches) in the plant. We have one all-function test device, whose maximum caliber can reach DN200/8", with a maximum pressure of 10MPa/600Lb. We also have testing equipment to inspect incoming raw materials, such as the magnetic particle tester, optical spectrum analyzer, X-ray tester, physical and chemical analyzer, mechanical drawing tester and spring tension tester.
Here at Luofu, we have dedicated ourselves to the research and production of safety valve products, during our decades long journey we have gained the following certifications: lSO9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification, ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification, Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification, ISO45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification. We utilize modern production methods to deliver superior quality products and maintain consistent performance. Our ISO19001 certified sites have two machine processing workshops and more than 200 sets of various mechanical production equipment, including 42 CNC lathes and 4 machining centers.
Our special tooling used in valve body and valve cover processing allows us to manipulate the valve body, after the body is clamped once, it’s automatically reversed, forming the entirety of it in one motion. This ensures the valve body's shape and position tolerance all the while maintaining high processing accuracy.
The assembly workshop currently has 15 pressure test platforms and advanced silicon carbide ceramic grinding equipment. There are also special sets of degreasing and drying + clean nitrogen pressure test facility and a low temperature (down to -196 °C) test facility.
